Since joining the Griffin team in 2021 through the Kickstart government scheme, which aimed to create job opportunities for young people, Sam has consistently demonstrated his commitment and capability. Following a successful six-month trial period, he was offered a permanent position, showcasing his value to the company.

In his new role as Office Manager, Sam will be entrusted with additional responsibilities aimed at enhancing the office experience for the entire team. This includes the improvement of current systems and practices, ensuring a smoother workflow and better efficiency across departments.
